A short, plainspoken privacy policy.
KSQ Studios LLC is a one‑person software studio based in Pennsylvania. This policy covers the studio website at ksqstudios.com and the studio’s general business practices. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that describes what that specific app does and doesn’t do with your data — you can find those at the bottom of this page.
What this site collects
This site is static. There are no accounts, no logins, no comment forms, and no tracking pixels. The only data the site touches is whatever your browser sends when it requests a page (your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser type) — standard web request information that any website receives and that is briefly logged by our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, for traffic and security purposes.
We do not run any third‑party advertising or analytics that tracks you across the web.
If you email us
When you write to [email protected], your message lands in our inbox. We use that message to reply to you and, if helpful, to keep a record so we don’t lose context across a conversation. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we don’t share your email with anyone outside the studio.
What we never do
We don’t sell data. We don’t run targeted advertising. We don’t share your information with data brokers, ad networks, or unrelated third parties. If we ever needed to change any of that, we’d update this page first and date the change.

Each app KSQ Studios makes is built around a privacy‑first design: most user data lives only on your device, and we don’t collect it. For privacy policies that describe what each app specifically does, see:
Children’s privacy
Our apps and this site are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, if the change affects how we handle your data, post a notice on the site. Trivial wording changes won’t bump the date.
